The hotel staff and accommodations were outstanding. We booked one room Standard type. Due to the high season time, our rooms were let to someone else. However, we were pleasantly delighted when we were upgraded to the executive suite in their 4 star hotel just across the street at no additional cost. What a Great stay!

The best thing was the cleaning!
Some of the staff was not good, at all. The bed was hard as hell. Trafic to the hotel from beyrouth and to beyrouth. Jal el dib is not a good place...

We loved everything about our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed, and the wifi connection was strong. Additionally, we were impressed with the great selection of menu items at reasonable prices, and the room service was fantastic. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to the city center and all the essential amenities, and the parking facilities were convenient.
Liked everything.

The Location made it so easy to visit many touristic sites in Lebanon. With the high traffic in Lebanon, this hotel is the place to be if you intend a touristic holiday.

The hotel is near the shopping malls and the clubs.
The hotel has many buildings and only the main building is fair. The other buildings are dim and depressing. We booked a standard studio and from the photos it looked nice. Then we realized that it wasnt in the same building of the hotel but somewhere like 5 minutes walking distance ad it was awful so we upgraded to the main hotel building which cost us double the price of the oroginal studio. I don't really recommend this hotel to my friends as you can find many better hotels in the area or Beirut for the same amount of money and they are all nicer and cleaner.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. the staff were extremely professional and accommodating. They immediately upgraded me to an executive suite without any extra charge when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the initial room. This showed their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Secondly, the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to everything, allowing easy access to various attractions and amenities. Lastly, the basic amenities provided in the room, such as clean towels and sheets, contributed to a comfortable stay.
All was well during my stay at this hotel.

The hotel room was very spacious and clean and the decor was lovely!!
For a deluxe room one would expect a kettle, we requested a kettle from the reception and it took 7 phone calls and 15 hours to arrive (not good considering we have a 5 month old baby and his bottles needed sterilizing). We ordered room service for dinner and it took nearly 2 hours to arrive (again several phone calls to reception) and the food was cold when it arrived. We also requested an iron and ironing board, the ironing board arrived 1 hour later and we trhen had to go to reception to collect the iron......we ended up walking back to the room (which is up the road 100metres) without the iron. Really poor service......but the room was beautiful.

the location is excellent, as it is very close to almost everything in the city. This made exploring and sightseeing a breeze. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Hady and Melissa. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room were great, with clean towels and sheets provided. The room also had a balcony, which offered a nice little retreat after a day of exploring. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail.
Nothing could be improved, everything was perfect.

Friendly efficient front desk staff, express checkin and checkout, free underground secure parking, spacious colourful room with large sitting area, LCD TV
No mirrors except one single mirror in bathroom, and wire-type hangers do not match the generally good quality furniture..

Located in a convenient area close to main attractions. Clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff. They offer a delicious breakfast with a good variety of options to choose from.
The noise from the street can be quite loud at times which can be distracting. The wifi signal can be weak at times and the room lighting is not ideal for working or reading at night.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Beirut. the location was perfect - very close to everything, including the city center and the old city. I loved that it is situated on the slope of a hill, offering a unique and beautiful view. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Sami, who made my stay exceptionally comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with clean towels and sheets, and I particularly enjoyed having a balcony.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were just fine.
